As a cottage food bakery operating under the Minnesota Cottage Food Law, Kindly Bake is proud to offer our signature breads, including our renowned sourdough, to local customers within Minnesota. We craft our breads using the highest quality ingredients, free of unhealthy additives. Please note that all our baked goods are exempt from state inspection, and we only accept local orders within the Twin Cities metro area.

Our Story

It all started in a small Minneapolis kitchen, fueled by a desire to bring real, wholesome food back to the table. We were frustrated by store-bought bread full of ingredients we couldn’t pronounce, so we decided to start making our own—one simple starter, flour, water, and salt. What began as a personal quest for the perfect sourdough, quickly blossomed into Kindly Bake, built on the belief that simple, kind ingredients make the very best products, whether we’re baking a tangy loaf or pouring a clean-burning candle.
